Trauma Psychotherapy
Trauma therapy is where we will process previous, current or complex traumas that have impacted you. Maybe you are in distress from PTSD, C-PTSD, a single event, a dysregulated nervous system, or dissociative feelings. Maybe these events have caused other maladaptive behaviors to form in the wake of trauma. We will work together to understand how your experiences have shaped your worldview and how to make meaning out of them.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
As a trained Dialectical Behavioral Therapist, I incorporate DBT skills into a majority of therapy I offer. DBT informed therapy utilizes the four components of emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness. DBT is a more structured form of talk therapy to address and change unwanted emotions and behaviors in a collaborative way.

Couples Therapy
It can be challenging to think about finding a couples therapist, especially one that you want to let into your sacred space. The Gottman Method is a research-backed treatment approach that is highly effective in work with couples including pre-marital, conflict management and relationship fine-tuning. I would be honored to walk with you and your partner in a non-bias environment to find reciprocal communication and your spark again.

What is DBT-Informed Treatment ?
Although DBT was initially created by Dr. Marsha Linehan to address borderline personality disorders, self harm and suicidality, it has been found through comprehensive research that DBT is helpful for a wide range of mental health conditions.
When we talk about DBT-informed therapy, we're referring to a flexible approach that draws on many core elements of the full DBT model—without using every component. This method is structured, skill-based, and more focused than traditional talk therapy.
We often use DBT-informed therapy to help clients manage emotional dysregulation that leads to impulsive behaviors or challenges in relationships—especially when those issues are significant but don’t require the intensity of a full DBT program. Or, we might take a DBT-informed approach with a client who completed a comprehensive DBT program in the past and would like to resume work with a DBT-knowledgeable therapist.
A typical DBT-informed session might include:
Setting a clear agenda and following a treatment hierarchy
Using diary cards or tracking behaviors
Practicing skills between sessions through targeted assignments
